Privacy

Our main goal is healthy relationships. Everything we keep, we keep for that reason and with your say-so. Screenshots are read and thrown away unless you tell us otherwise below.

How we protect your data
  • Screenshots are processed and deleted on the spot. Only a plain-text transcript and a short notes file per conversation are kept, so "Try another round" still works after a reload.
  • Conversations live under an anonymous device ID, not your email. Delete a chat and it's gone.
  • Sign-in sessions are stored as hashes. Nobody can read your token from our database.
  • Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number, only the brand and last four digits.
How we use your data
  • With no permission from you: content-free analytics only. Which heat level got copied, how long a reply took, where people give up. Never a screenshot, never a message.
  • With your permission (below): your screenshots, transcripts and the reply you picked are kept so we can study what actually lands and make the replies better for everyone.
  • Relationship success research is the same data, read the other way: which conversations turned into something real, and what those looked like along the way.
  • You can withdraw permission and delete what you've shared at any time, right here.
